GENERAL:
Ronald G. Han, Esq. is an associate at QLG. Mr. Han has experience representing a broad range of companies and individuals in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, real estate, including labor and employment law. He has frequently appeared in state and federal courts, arbitrations and mediations, and has extensive experience with all aspects of civil litigation, including motion practice, taking and defending depositions, written discovery, expert discovery, and trial practice.
Mr. Han received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Vice-President of the Georgetown Sports & Entertainment La Society along with being the Vice-President of the Korean American Law Students Association. Mr. Han received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley. At U.C. Berkeley, Mr. Han was the Editor-In-Chief of the School Business Newspaper Haasweek. Mr. Han is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice before all California courts, U.S. District Courts for the Central and Northern District of California and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
